Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

At Urjavet Farm Care, we strive to deliver the best quality products. We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or leaked.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has passed its expiry date upon delivery.

2. Timeframe

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Requests made after this period may not be entertained.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at info@urjavetfarmcare.com or WhatsApp us at +91 (915) 356-0698 with photos of the damaged/wrong product.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
